Individual Therapy with Herlay Divine
Individual therapy is a dedicated space for you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself. In our work together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with compassion and curiosity—supporting deeper self-awareness, healing, and alignment.
My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based practices. This allows us to explore both present patterns and the deeper roots of your experiences.
Interventions may include:
-
Identifying and reframing unhelpful thought patterns (CBT)
-
Exploring early relationships and attachment styles
-
Increasing emotional awareness and regulation skills
-
Mindfulness and grounding techniques to reduce anxiety
-
Processing past experiences and unresolved trauma
-
Values clarification and self-compassion practices
This is a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges at your own pace—while building tools to feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.
